In response to the coronavirus outbreak, we and a number of our partners are continually updating details of the measures being put in place in line with the Government and Public Health England guidelines.

  • We are open for orders but experiencing longer delivery times than usual. You can check the delivery date and status of your order by logging into our website or the App.
  • As we take measures to limit the spread of coronavirus we have a limited number of advisors available to answer your calls. Please do not call our customer care teams unless you are experiencing financial difficulties or problems making a payment. Most queries can be answered through 'Help and FAQS'
  • To make it easier to manage we’ve increased our returns window to 50 days for all standard deliveries (small items) on orders placed from 1st March until the end of April
